A little treasure just off highway 40 going east! It's hiding, but discovering it was amazing. It is absolutely beautiful. Lovely, well maintained trail follows the river. Scenery never ceases to amaze. Strategic view points take your breath away! So, I was definitely impressed with mother nature, quiet, peaceful, a must to explore!
In spring trails can be muddy—wear waterproof shoes. Fall brings colorful foliage but slippery leaves. Restrooms open May–October 8 a.m.–10 p.m.; winter facilities close and trails may ice over—check conditions before you go.
