One of the best finds in Christchurch. Excellent facilities for both walkers and bikers here. Great bbq and picnic areas, heaps of open space to relax in. Lots of parking and dog friendly. Had a great time here, highly recommend. Many different options of tracks to walk from short to long.

The new kids street sign area and pump track is so great. Fantastic for beginners and family mountain biking. My daughter had a wee scrape and the folks at Cycling The Dream provided us with a bandage from their big first aid box, which was much appreciated.

Best place for biking and tracking in Christchurch. Biking track is unique and nice. Forest is too cool and river side have also nice eye-catching points. Overall place is very good. Nice to go on walk with your pet and friends
Summer days can get hot; bring sunscreen and extra water. Autumn shows bright kōwhai blossoms. Winter trails turn muddy after rain. Spring brings fresh shoots and ripening fruit.
