Jen Penang Georgetown by Shangri-La (solo trip)

Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is so good with so many good food nearby. The room is always neat and clean. They assigned the same room attendant that takes special effort to keep the room clean. Noyon Meme, my room attendant took special effort to put a nicely folded napkins on my desk to decorate my room.

Our recent trip to the Jen Hotel was just wonderful. From the super comfy beds to the warm welcome at the front desk, we felt right at home. I have to give a huge shout-out to the housekeeping staff, especially Wafiy. He absolutely made our stay!
