Babies enter free, elevators take strollers, diapers can be changed on 38F and nursing rooms are on 6F, but there is no play space and you must move floors for feeding, so visits should be brief.
Why 1-2 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: Short visits fit baby’s schedule and allow time for breaks.
360° Panoramic View:

Tip: Stop here first after the elevator ride up to keep baby comfortable.

Tip: Ask staff for a bench seat or highchair if needed.

The views were great. The music was relaxing. The chairs were comfortable and the coffee shop had refreshing drinks. It was a nice place to take a break and just cool down.

A spacious observatory. This is different from the TV tower with its modern look. There was a great view around Sapporo city centre. The summer view was great with greenery on the roadside.

From here, visitors can gaze upon landmarks such as the Sapporo Dome, Mount Teine, Ishikari Bay, and, on clear days, even the distant...

Visibility was low. Don't let that deter you if it's snowing! The city was beautiful! Sat there for 30 mins enjoying the moment. So peaceful! It wasn't crowded on Monday after 7pm [maybe 10 others]. Was able to sit and relax on the ledge and watch the snow fall! Great way to end a long day of travel. 750¥ an adult. Takes credit card and yen.
