JR tower is not the tallest tower in the world and not even on top 5 but still it’s worth to visit this place. Visibility was low. Don't let that deter you if it's snowing! The city was beautiful! Sat there for 30 mins enjoying the moment. So peaceful! It wasn't crowded on Monday after 7pm [maybe 10 others]. Was able to sit and relax on the ledge and watch the snow fall! Great way to end a long day of travel. 750¥ an adult. Takes credit card and yen.
