Beautiful garden 🤍 So luckily we left at 17:28 and took the bus to ferry port, otherwise we couldn’t take 18:00 ferry. And the last bus is at 18:30 from island park to ferry port

Beautiful fields of flowers and many great photo opportunities to be had here. Many excellent viewpoints around the park as well, especially overlooking the sea. The ticket price is a bit steep at 1500 yen, but the overall experience makes up for it. There is a regular bus service to and fro from the Nkko Island ferry terminal.

Totally worth visiting! The ferry ride over was about 560 ¥ round trip. The bus ride was also about 560 ¥ round trip. Access fee is 1500 ¥. It was so beautiful and the flowers are so kawaii. The view of the ocean was nice. There are rabbits and goats on the island. You can pet the goats and feed the rabbits. They’re also super adorable and cute. 100% recommend you visit. :)

It was a great day at the park! Beautiful views and cute animals :) I would probably recommend going during Spring more, as, despite there being some flowers, the actual flower fields weren’t in bloom. So, a visit during late August may not be 100% be worth the price. Still enjoyed my time there a lot!
Spring brings cherry blossoms on the hilltop (late March–early April). Sunflowers peak in July. Cosmos bloom in October. Daffodils line paths from December to February.
