There is plenty of parking available, and it offers a great bird's-eye view of the city

Visited this place on a wet, rainy / windy day and was really regretted the decision as there was no shade or seating place. The view could be nicer if it's a clear weather, however not recommended to visit if it's rainy as you will not most likely to enjoy. Parking is available as there are parking spots. Unable to spot any toilets around.
