They did not warn us a lot of their amenities were closed for our stay until we arrived. The staff were nice and friendly but the room was quite small and not really a view to see. The view is "meh," and their rooftop bar (which has great views downtown) is closed indefinitely according to their signage. Rooms are a bit small, but for the price, and location, doable. There is a convenience store just a short walk South, and a laundry/sundries shop just North. The entire area is walkable...
