Zazz Urban Ho Chi Minh (couple trip)

They did not warn us a lot of their amenities were closed for our stay until we arrived. The staff were nice and friendly but the room was quite small and not really a view to see. I feel the photos were a bit misleading to what the experience was. However, it was safe, secure and a very comfy bed. Overall wasn’t a bad experience

This place is pretty cool. The staff is fantastic and very helpful with nearly every ask. The view is "meh," and their rooftop bar (which has great views downtown) is closed indefinitely according to their signage. Rooms are a bit small, but for the price, and location, doable. There is a convenience store just a short walk South, and a laundry/sundries shop just North. The entire area is walkable...

Amazing hotel. The service is beyond what we expected thanks to great staff. The rooms are also very nice and comfortable + clean. The security guards deserve a raise, they take their job very seriously and are always welcoming and kind.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff are super friendly, the pool and gym are nice, and the breakfast food was delicious! Rooms are small, but to be expected from an urban hotel
