The water would not remain hot for the entire shower and the drain was clogged. Excellent hotel in between old Town and the museum it's in a friendly neighbourhood. Lots of well priced eateries right next door. Great underground parking to safely lock our bicycles, and the rooms are large, clean, and good value. 550k on booking. Polite and helpful staff, as well.

Hotel next to Van Mieu which is nice but the staff were rude, keycard not work sometimes, dirty bathroom, if you ask for extra pillow they will start question you like interrogation, breakfast was not it, food quality 3 out of 5. Amenities were not it, trust me the AC doesn’t work properly and bathroom doesn’t have anything except shampoo and toothbrush but no toothpaste make no sense

The over the course of 3 days I switched rooms 3 times due to broken facilities (shower door wouldn't close and AC didn't work), insects/lizards in the rooms and the room being a complete mess upon entering for the first time.
