Lilo's homestay West lake Thuy Khue (solo trip)

I enjoyed my stay, I wasn't quite sure at first based on the location which is off the main road, but once I got into the facility I was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean, well maintained, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was just perfect for my needs with a small kitchen and quite location in the bldg. I would recommend.

Stayed 5 nights. Lack of sleep because of construction work starting at 5:30am. Slow respons and wifi was ok. Cramped living/kitchen space but rooms have all you need but there should be 2 or more sets of cutlery. Thank you for a wonderful stay at the hotel. We stayed in two-room apartments. It was very clean and cozy, with everything you need and even more than in more expensive hotels. The rooms are very small and have no insulation — you can clearly hear conversations from the next room. The bathroom is also tiny. During our stay, the person handling the booking kept harassing us, calling 5 times a day asking for payment, and even requesting visa and passport details. We couldn’t sleep properly for the three nights we stayed here. I do not recommend this place at all.
