Lilo's homestay West lake Thuy Khue (couple trip)

I enjoyed my stay, I wasn't quite sure at first based on the location which is off the main road, but once I got into the facility I was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean, well maintained, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was just perfect for my needs with a small kitchen and quite location in the bldg. I would recommend.

Stayed 5 nights. Lack of sleep because of construction work starting at 5:30am. Slow respons and wifi was ok. Cramped living/kitchen space but rooms have all you need but there should be 2 or more sets of cutlery. Thank you for a wonderful stay at the hotel. We stayed in two-room apartments. It was very clean and cozy, with everything you need and even more than in more expensive hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. If we ever return to Hanoi, we'll definitely come back. Hot water is available everywhere, and the air conditioning works great. The rooms are very small and have no insulation — you can clearly hear conversations from the next room. The bathroom is also tiny. During our stay, the person handling the booking kept harassing us, calling 5 times a day asking for payment, and even requesting visa and passport details. We couldn’t sleep properly for the three nights we stayed here. I do not recommend this place at all.

I’m not one really for writing bad reviews unless it’s necessary, however me and my friends arrived at Lilos Homestay on the 10th for 3 nights. And its safe to say we will not be returning.
