To be at the place the symbolizes America's voice is hard to describe. It's a breathtaking place, you will admire it's beauty inside and out, star-struck. While visiting, frustrations about those who govern may arise, but that should only remind us that our voices are more important than we think. For those able to visit, it is worth the trip at least more than once in your life.

A most amazing experience every American should look at the history! The dome and the middle of the capital was the most beautiful American architectural part and many a favorite! Especially for Lincoln fans. Also the tours were great and not to busy. The statues have rich history and mostly the main course.

Visit in spring or fall for mild temperatures on the grounds. In summer, stay indoors during midday heat. Carry layers in winter and use the exhibition hall on rainy days as shelter.
