The hotel itself was great👏 the room was clean and comfortable, and I especially loved how incredibly friendly the front desk staff were! One thing to note is that just a few blocks away, there’s an area with many homeless people that can feel unsafe. As long as you pay attention and avoid walking in that direction, it’s not a problem.

The staff was helpful for the most part. But the AC wasn’t working throughout my 4 day stay and I think it’s the same in all rooms since it’s a centralised AC. I was offered a fan if required. I also requested for a 30 minute later checkout, 11:30 instead of the regular 11am. But they said they were too busy to accommodate it. That definitely annoyed me. Visited San Francisco Pride this year for a great time with good community. Upon arrival at this hotel we were greeted with a smile and with very professional staff.
