What makes it 82% Baby-Friendly: Baby Care Centers, stroller rentals, and splash zones exist, yet height limits block most rides and naps can be hard, so suitability is good but not excellent.
Why 2-3 days visit duration is ideal for with baby: Gives time to explore both parks at a slow pace, with breaks for naps and feedings.
Baby Care Center:
Private rooms with nursing chairs, changing tables and bottle warmers in each park.
Tip: Ask any Team Member for the nearest Baby Care Center when you arrive.
Seuss Landing Splash Zones:
Gentle water-play areas in Islands of Adventure’s Dr. Seuss section.
Tip: Pack swim diapers and a change of clothes for quick outfit swaps.
Hogwarts Express:
Scenic, non-thrill train ride between Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure.
Tip: Buy a park-to-park ticket and ride first thing in the morning to avoid crowds.
Shaded Play Areas:
Fun toddler zones like Fievel’s Playland and Curious George Goes to Town.
Tip: Use nearby benches for snacks and short nap breaks.
Child Swap Service:
Let one adult ride while the other stays with your baby, then swap without re-queuing.
Tip: Request the swap pass at the entrance of height-restricted rides.

Visited in July 2025 and had a fantastic time. Visited Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, and Epic Universe, and enjoyed all three parks. We stayed onsite at the Stella Nova (see separate review) and ate at several in-park restaurants (also reviewed). As an avid Harry Potter fan, each area of the park has attractions from Wizarding World. The other rides are just as fun.

* highly recommend downloading the universal app as the wait times and map are easy to navigate and great information to have on hand* ** I would also recommend purchasing lightning tickets for at least one day or if there is a credit card sign up where you get lightning tickets if you were preapproved would recommend doing that as well** We had a blast going to every ride. Every staff member we...

Epic universe was the favorite park for my group and I. We loved the large roller coasters, and many of the experiences. The Untrainable Dragon is a really cool show for all ages; our group of 5 adults enjoyed watching it. I was thrilled to find delicious and different vegan options easily at all three parks, thank you! The staff at the parks was also extremely helpful at directing me towards othe...

The park has an amazing blend of nostalgia and excitement — from timeless classics like the E.T. Adventure to the incredible rides in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Universal has a way of making every visit feel special. The atmosphere,...
Visit November–February for milder weather and shorter lines. In summer expect afternoon storms; bring a stroller rain cover and sunshade.
