We visited after a lovely lunch at Savor at the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute. We arrived just in time for the 2PM tour. It was very informative and we learned some interesting facts about the area's history. The tour was pretty long. My husband and I visited this museum during our vacation in August. It’s a very laid out, information filled museum about the slaves and the Underground Railroad. We learned about history that we didn’t know about before. The staff were very polite and friendly. There is a fee for the museum, plenty of parking and a little gift shop too.

We arrived to the museum right when it was opening. We were early for their scheduled tours but Taj went ahead and accommodated us for a tour anyways. He did an excellent job explaining the displays and making conversations about them. This was an amazing addition to our trip. Highly recommend
The Center is indoors and open year-round. In summer, arrive early to avoid group tour crowds. In winter, it offers a warm indoor break from cold outdoor activities.
