Positives:

  • Wide open space: Quiet lawns offer space to sit and keep baby entertained.
  • Flat terrain: Smooth paved paths make navigating with a stroller easy.

Challenges:

  • No dedicated baby facilities: Restrooms lack changing tables; pack your own pad.
  • Limited natural shade: Few trees in open areas mean sunny spots can get hot.

Nice place. Nothing for the kids except for the grass to run around. Kinda sketchy people around and bathroom was closed. All around decent place but bathrooms were closed and could use some cleaning.

Very nice place right on the Niagara River. The last public land was set aside so the public would always have access to the river. Good view in both directions. The river is over a half mile wide at this point. You can rent bikes that you can take up-and-down the river. There is a green path all the way down to Niagara Falls state park.

We stopped here on our way out of Niagara Falls, looking for a clean, quieter place to have some lunch. We got the quiet, just not so much of the clean. Although the view from this point on the river is beautiful.
