Having Hyatt status gets you one water bottle. Not any more - they are $5.50 each. So in general this hotel likes to rip people off. Rooms are old. Stuff is usually broken. The hotel lobby is nice and there is a nearby food and beverage vendor. The rooms are ok for size. Not small, not spacious. The bathrooms are just poorly designed and small. There was a sewage smell from the drain if the shower ran too long. It made me ill and I felt gross after washing. There are no amenities like water or coffee in the rooms. As a frequent traveler I cannot recommend this hotel.

The best part of this hotel is the location. I feel if you plan to walk or take the train best spot for it. The lobby looks very clean and comfortable to wait for check in or your ride.
