Lovely modern rooms and comfortable beds and pillows. Concierge lovely and helpful, allowed for early check in when my son had been airsick the whole way from Australia which was very kind. Housekeeping never filled our toiletries despite me asking every day for soap, shampoo and conditioner and being assured they would do it whilst we were out sightseeing. I had emailed earlier about getting early checkin and my travel agent had as well as we were arriving in Hawaii at 5.30am. No correspondence came back. So we rock up at around 8.30am and again ask about early checkin.
