Skyline at Island Colony (solo trip)

Very dated and dirty rooms. The reception staff were polite, kind and helpful. Female security guard less so. Location is great for all the goings ons in Waikīkī. The view you could potentially see from your room could be amazing too!

We stayed at an AirBnB here and left a review for them. We loved our room, but we definitely have some comments about the hotel itself. The staff here is terrible. So, the rooms are a bit dated, and the elevators are as well. However, this was one of the most amazing experiences I have had. Hotel Staffwere incredible, loving, and will go far beyond the extra mile to care for there guests. I just wanna Hug all of them. Far better customer service than some 4-5 Star Holel! ❤️❤️

Excellent location and awesome amenities like pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna and pay per use laundry machines. Right by canal and close to Waikiki beach. Carpets were heavily stained probably should replace with linoleum or something. Did encounter a couple bugs but saw they sprayed trying to treat. Beds very comfortable and bathroom just fine. When we arrived at the hotel from the airport, we were early. But the front desk had a room for us and were able to actually get into a room right away. They gave us a great room with an amazing view. We booked the room with the ocean view and were very happy with what we got. We could see Diamond Head and we can see the ocean all in one view.
