So, the rooms are a bit dated, and the elevators are as well. However, this was one of the most amazing experiences I have had. Hotel Staffwere incredible, loving, and will go far beyond the extra mile to care for there guests. I just wanna Hug all of them. Far better customer service than some 4-5 Star Holel! ❤️❤️

Excellent location and awesome amenities like pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna and pay per use laundry machines. Right by canal and close to Waikiki beach. Carpets were heavily stained probably should replace with linoleum or something. Did encounter a couple bugs but saw they sprayed trying to treat. Beds very comfortable and bathroom just fine.
