Hotel ZaZa Austin (solo trip)

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was great. I see a couple reviews with bad experiences with the staff and I don't get it and had to write this to disagree. We loved our room. Having coffee on each floor was really convenient in the morning. The front desk staff were all nice, the valets were all nice and had a smile for us every time. Thank you for a great stay

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. There is a lovely breakfast and coffee bar on each floor in the mornings too, so you don't have to go far to get exactly what you need in the morning! The valet team had our car to us in minutes every time we needed to go out. The location couldn't be better, you are surrounded by places to eat, drink, hear...

My husband and I enjoyed a fantastic stay here earlier this month. When we arrived, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was amazing.
