Absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. Staff couldn’t do enough to help make my stay comfortable. Reception staff were brilliant, especially Faris who went out of his way to help me. The service and location are really great — both exceeded my expectations! Unfortunately, the rooms have clearly seen better days and are quite worn out. While the bed sheets were clean, the rest of the room could have been much cleaner. With some renovation and better housekeeping, this place could be excellent.
