I would like to share feedback regarding my recent stay at your Ibis hotel in Manchester — incidents which I believe deserve your attention and corrective action. • Upon arrival, a staff member kindly offered to take my bag and store it in the luggage room. The location was great, room was very clean, comfortable and the pod ensuite bathroom provided a great shower and good facilities. Staff were all very friendly and efficient. Breakfast at the very near sister hotel (Novotel) offered great choice although quite busy and a little slow to replenish food items. Very good value breakfast though!

We thought we had booked into the very good Ibis at 2 Portland St which we had been to before, but on arrival found it had been sold to someone else, and ours was now half a mile down the road. The staff at 96 weren't particularly interested. I had requested, in advance, lactose-free milk (not soya, oat or anything like that) for breakfast.
