Charles Hope Manchester Centre (with baby)

I experienced something I have never experienced in 10 years of booking hotels as part of my job. I booked 2x rooms on 24th December. Then today, 1st of December I receive an automated email saying that both rooms had been cancelled. this is 2 days before the actual check in date. This was because they do not have availability.

I have been staying with Charleshope in their property in manchester, I always enjoy my stay with them hence why I keep booking when I’m in Manchester. Lamees who is one of the staffs was always very helpful whenever I need help. I will 100% recommend

It is a modern and well-maintained apartment with good security. I was immediately impressed upon arrival, and the hosts constantly kept in touch to ensure checking in was smooth and we were comfortable throughout our stay.
