What makes it 39% Baby-Friendly: Policy forbids adding cribs or extra beds, so infants lack safe separate sleep; lifts and quiet rooms help mobility, yet parents must bring own baby gear, limiting convenience.

Room was decent enough, although very “hotely”. Toiletries were basic; they do provide amenities though, such as toothbrush and razor, although only for one person. Coffee machine was dirty, so didn’t bother using it. There are better hotels nearby for the same rate or cheaper. Staff, however, were friendly and attentive.

The staff were very friendly, allowed us to check in early. The rooms were very clean and the AC worked well to keep us cool. The bar was well presented and modern, the bar staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd be happy to stay here again. The main positives were the excellent staff, cleanliness, air conditioning, good bar and beer, and finally the location was close/walking distance to Victor...
