Had stayed in other room2s before but this was Totally different. Check in is a really clunky process and in the rain and pitch black is frankly a bit of a pain! Room was either roasting or freezing, no real in between Maybe if you hadn’t experienced other places in the chain this wouldn’t have been such a disappointment but I personally wouldn’t stay here again

For 80% of our stay here there was no warm water, so we couldn’t shower. I was trying to reach out to - by phone number (nobody picks up), by e-mail (no response), by emergency number (this number didn’t work), through booking (after long time someone responded and asked for room number, I’ve replied and never heard back from them). The room was amazing... Everything what you need to feel like home. I stayed only one night and it was everything so easy and stress free.... From the check-in time to the late check-out the next day (that i called the reception of the place in advance and they extended my check-out time for an extra 2 hours), everything was superb.
