InterContinental Hotels LONDON PARK LANE by IHG (solo trip)

Stayed at the hotel for one night attending a conference. My room was exceptionally clean and furnishings great quality. The bed was very comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Booked the Winter Wonderland package purely because it advertised amenities on arrival and a £50 dining credit. On arrival, none of this was provided, and staff were unaware the package even existed until I raised it myself. Very disappointing stay. The elevators weren’t working so everyone had to use one lift, which caused long queues and chaos. A staff member even cleaned my window without any notice while my curtains were open, which was a serious privacy issue. Stayed here as a little celebration for my sister’s birthday and we cannot recommend it enough. Aside from the fantastic location, the staff were so friendly throughout the hotel (especially the doormen and the lovely staff in the Club Lounge).
