If you’re at the o2 arena, you can walk down via Google Maps, it’s a 10 min walk. I got the round trip ticket + a single Uber boat ride which again is super close. It’s a nice way to see London and you get some lovely views. It wasn’t busy at all, however I did go on a weekday.
