I went to submit my passport at the Centre this morning. Solomon, who was manning the reception, was very friendly and most helpful. There were lots of counters opened. Staff were friendly and polite. It took just 15 minutes and I was done! Most impressive. Superb efficient service. Thank you to all the staff at the Centre.

The staff were absolutely lovely – friendly, efficient, and so helpful. The whole process was quick and easy. I arrived at the centre around 9:10 with my visa application certificate, and within just half an hour I’d paid and was ready to head off again. They took the time to clearly explain the difference between the standard and express services, which I really appreciated. Overall, such a profe...

We only spent a maximum of 30 min in the centre for submitting the passport. There were more seats than people. Staff were super friendly. Considering it used to require hours...

most efficient visa office I've been to! all the staff I spoke to were very polite and helpful. I arrived at 11:30 with 19 ahead of me and was seen by 12:00. The process was super quick, and I only needed my online application certificate and passport. After handing in my passport, I waited around 20 minutes to process the payment at a downstairs kiosk. Can't believe I was out in just under an hou...

The place was full when I arrived and I had 70 people in front of me in the queue so it took over two hours before I was finally served. I counted only 5 of 25 counters serving the queue. So the earlier you arriv...
