Patong Heritage Hotel Phuket (with baby)

The staff, especially at the reception, was not friendly or helpful. We stayed for 3 days and requested a room change because of a water leakage issue in the washroom, but our concerns were completely ignored. The attitude felt rude and dismissive. While the hotel’s exterior looks nice, the rooms are poorly designed and not maintained well. Would not suggest this place as it is a total rundown.

Excellent stay we had at Patong Heritage. Room was spacious and we booked a standard room and got a upgraded to a deluxe room which was very big. Toilets were clean and daily room service was amazing. We checked in at about 9pm and it was quick and in 5 mins we got our key and the pools location and breakfast times was properly explained. Hi, We went for holiday with our family. Very good experience 👍. Reception staffs are so good. We didn't know their names but one man with very smiley 😊 face and one girl is also very good.
