Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Phuket Patong Journeyhub. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff was polite, helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. A budget property with decent roof top view. And a pool that was not working for all three days of my stay. The view from the room is better avoided. 1 downside of property is that u have to catch a lift from ground floor yourself to 8th floor with all the luggage to be welcomed at the reception.

Booked here for 12 nights, and was given a room on the 4th floor with mountain view. Don't pick that option as there is no mountain view. After 3 nights I had to be moved as I had bed bugs but the manager moved me with no hassle and gave me a room on the 7th floor, again with mountain view. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. Every room smelled strongly of dampness, mold, and mildew. They changed my room but still it was bad. Had to stay with no option due to my reasons. Because of the excessive humidity, the floor in my room was constantly wet. The Ac was not good and has foul smell. Had to request for freshener multiple times.
