Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Phuket Patong Journeyhub. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff was polite, helpful and always ready to assist with a smile. A budget property with decent roof top view. And a pool that was not working for all three days of my stay. The view from the room is better avoided. 1 downside of property is that u have to catch a lift from ground floor yourself to 8th floor with all the luggage to be welcomed at the reception.

Booked here for 12 nights, and was given a room on the 4th floor with mountain view. Don't pick that option as there is no mountain view. After 3 nights I had to be moved as I had bed bugs but the manager moved me with no hassle and gave me a room on the 7th floor, again with mountain view.
