Avoid this place because of angry manager with poor service and false advertising. We booked six elephants in advance for 11 person, and manager wanted to give us five elphants. Which means three person per elephant (this may constitute abuse on the elephant). We show the manager our booking and she ignored us. We waited for half hour at the place and accepted only five elephants under her pressur...

Riding the elephant was a unique and refreshing experience. However, in the latter part of the tour, the staff deliberately stopped moving and pressured us to purchase poorly made accessories for over 300-400 baht. This was extremely unpleasant and felt like coercion. I strongly believe this practice should be addressed and stopped.

DO NOT GO HERE ! Why is this still even supported ?? Absolutely outrageous. Can’t believe they are being ridden. Those who have done it should be ashamed. Plenty of ethical elephant sanctuaries around the island that let you feed them and watch them from a distance, as they should be! The elephants are swaying, which is very bad, and they are screaming for help. Why isn't anyone doing anything about it? It's a shame for such beautiful animals.

What amazing creatures! We were able to feed them sugarcane and they are so gentle. The ride is only around 20 minutes. They were not treated poorly at all. It's not any different than going to a ranch to ride horses.
Morning rides are best in hot season; avoid afternoons during May–October monsoon when trails get muddy
