However, at 12 midnight the staff literally locked us out of the balcony and restaurant area and would not even let us have a few minutes to view the fireworks happening just in front of us. Great experience at Ibis Hotel I had a great stay at Ibis Hotel, thanks to Takky and the kind staff. I thought I lost my bracelet, and they immediately helped by checking the security cameras and re-checking the room. They even sent me a letter confirming the security check, which I truly appreciated. The staff were warm, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended!
