Ibis Styles Bangkok Sukhumvit Phra Khanong (couple trip)

Unfortunately sorely disappointed with service and management of this hotel.. Booked a room to celebrate new years SPECIALLY because of their outdoor pool. However, at 12 midnight the staff literally locked us out of the balcony and restaurant area and would not even let us have a few minutes to view the fireworks happening just in front of us. We had to watch it through the glass blocked by trees...

the facilities is great, the breakfast exceeds my expectations. the pool is great too, love the smaller areas for the kids and family. room design is spacious and modern (i stayed in 24/F, Standard Room), but one thing i don't understand why no screen door in the bathroom? too wet and slippery after shower. the food options are unexpectedly good around the area (i compared with On Nut), good locat...

Great experience at Ibis Hotel I had a great stay at Ibis Hotel, thanks to Takky and the kind staff. I thought I lost my bracelet, and they immediately helped by checking the security cameras and re-checking the room. They even sent me a letter confirming the security check, which I truly appreciated. The staff were warm, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended!

After staying for 3 nights, I'm quite satisfied with this accommodation. I didn't find anything bad that was mentioned several times in this review. The sheets and pillows were spotless, the AC was very cold, and the location is also very good, only a 5-minute walk to the BTS station that connects almost all major areas in the city. Keep it up!!

We recently stayed at Ibis Styles Phra Khanong and found it to be a fantastic alternative to the busier areas of Bangkok. It offers a perfect balance of being close to the action without the constant noise. Our first night was in room 1503, which faced Sukhumvit Road.
