Had a great stay at Novotel Ambassador Seoul! The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Location is excellent—just a short walk to the train station, and there’s a nice mall right next door, making shopping and dining super convenient. Great hotel, very friendly staff, responsive to emails (which does not happen often from my experience), the welcoming chocolate box was a nice touch for the loyalty programme.
