Had a great stay at Novotel Ambassador Seoul! The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. Location is excellent—just a short walk to the train station, and there’s a nice mall right next door, making shopping and dining super convenient. The breakfast spread was excellent, offering a wide variety of hot and cold dishes to start the day right. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a good stay in this hotel and found its location to be good for several reasons- it’s near both Yongsan Station and its adjoining shopping mall and eateries. Great hotel, very friendly staff, responsive to emails (which does not happen often from my experience), the welcoming chocolate box was a nice touch for the loyalty programme. The only note is that the bathroom is not really a separate room which can be uncomfortable. I’m not sure if all the rooms are the same, it didn’t seem like that in some photos.
