Jongno Olive Hotel (solo trip)

Hello. I had booked two nights in Seoul at the Olive Hotel Jongno. The room we had booked (with my sister) was supposed to be a deluxe double room. 1. The reception uncle was terrible. I can’t understand his English + Korean, so tried to confirm again. He refused to answer any question. Acted very rude and sweared at me. Don’t understand why this hotel can keep opening with this kind of stuff. 2. Shower room had low water pressure and temperature was unstable. If you don’t wanna destroy your trip, don’t choose this hotel.
