Jongno Olive Hotel (couple trip)

1. The reception uncle was terrible. I can’t understand his English + Korean, so tried to confirm again. He refused to answer any question. Acted very rude and sweared at me. Don’t understand why this hotel can keep opening with this kind of stuff. 2. Shower room had low water pressure and temperature was unstable. If you don’t wanna destroy your trip, don’t choose this hotel.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room I was assigned was completely different from what I had booked. Instead of the spacious 377 sq ft Double Room Plus, I was given a small and cramped duplex room.
