I booked the terrace suite. When I got there, they gave me a bedroom in one hallway and a "lounge" room in another hallway. They were not in the same unit. I told the front desk and they said they couldn't do anything. I didn't even stay at this hotel and they refuse to refund me. This hotel is a scam.

5 stars, we‘ve had two stays there already, rooms are not premium but they are completely fine, Service is great and especially the location is good, 2 mins to the metro and very central

It’s decently priced, roomy, clean, comfort beds, with lots of lights, etc. They provide complimentary water bottles everyday. There are a lot of nearby restaurants, even one that closes at 1am. If you walk 10 minutes there are 24 hour restaurants around. 24 hour ...

Special attention should be paid to the "suite room" of this hotel. In my case, there was a bedroom on the 6th floor and a private terrace lounge on the 1st floor. There is no 90 meter square or 100 meter square "suite room" in one space. I asked for a refund because it was so different from the information provided, but the hotel still refuses. Please be careful.
