I booked the terrace suite. When I got there, they gave me a bedroom in one hallway and a "lounge" room in another hallway. They were not in the same unit. I told the front desk and they said they couldn't do anything. I didn't even stay at this hotel and they refuse to refund me. This hotel is a scam.
