I chose not to stay here and glad I chose not to after the rude front desk lady. I just had major facial surgery a few days ago. Im waiting here for the bus tour (it picks us up at the hotel). The lobby has NO seating and neither does the outside. I sat on the curb and she comes out and yells at us to move. So i moved to an area further away and sat down because my head/face hurts if I stand too m...

Excellent location, walking distance to many shops & locations. Because it is next to the Lotte duty free store, the ground floor can get very crowded with China tourists/shoppers with big tour buses. I enjoy my room with the view of the sunset, airport & ocean.

I liked the room fine, but the tub looked really dated and worn. The bed was very comfortable and the view of the airport was nice to see (and not hear) the planes. The omelette was not customizable. Many dishes were cold. I h...

Service of staff at ground level (connected to Lotte Duty Free Mall) was terrible. A staff mistaken my family and I as ‘intruders’ who were trying to enter the lifts serving hotel guests. Instead of politely checking if we were guests of the hotel, a middle aged man in blazer yelled at my mother and tried to stop her (perhaps thinking she was an easy target). Luckily, I was close enough to correc...

Staff at the front desk were not really friendly and approachable. They couldn't really understand and speak English. Staff at the cafe and the concierge were the nicest. I would like to make special mention to Hyun Jae Ho. Even though he could not really converse in English, he kept his cool and made an effort to use the translation app to help my mom and I. We wanted to go to Dongmun market for...
