LOTTE City Hotel Jeju (couple trip)

I chose not to stay here and glad I chose not to after the rude front desk lady. I just had major facial surgery a few days ago. Im waiting here for the bus tour (it picks us up at the hotel). Excellent location, walking distance to many shops & locations. Because it is next to the Lotte duty free store, the ground floor can get very crowded with China tourists/shoppers with big tour buses. I enjoy my room with the view of the sunset, airport & ocean.

I liked the room fine, but the tub looked really dated and worn. The bed was very comfortable and the view of the airport was nice to see (and not hear) the planes. Service of staff at ground level (connected to Lotte Duty Free Mall) was terrible. A staff mistaken my family and I as ‘intruders’ who were trying to enter the lifts serving hotel guests.
