Babies may safely sit at the gentle shoreline and join lighthouse photo stops, yet there is no nursing room, no diaper station, and stroller wheels struggle on soft sand, so parents must plan ahead.
Why 1-2 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: Enough time to explore the lighthouses, play in the shallow water, and take photos without tiring the baby.
Wade in Shallow Water:
Walk to the gentle shoreline where the water stays knee-deep.
Tip: Stay close and use a sun hat for the baby to prevent sun exposure.
Build Two-Tone Sandcastles:
Use the mix of yellow and grey sand for striped castles.
Tip: Bring a small bucket and spade; sand is damp near the water.
Photo at Horse Lighthouses:
Pose with the twin horse-shaped lighthouses under the pine path.
Tip: Visit around sunset for softer light and fewer crowds.
Picnic under Pine Trees:
Set up near the coastal pine grove for shade.
Tip: Pack a blanket and pre-cut snacks for easy feeding.
Stroll Pine-Tree Path:
Follow the shaded path from the parking area to the lighthouses.
Tip: Use a stroller with large wheels to handle sandy patches.

You can’t go i to the water. If you want to sit in the beach and have food along with seeing planes land then you will enjoy. I was with kids and was somewhat disappointed as they couldn’t go in the water (weed and rocky)

A long stretch of sandy beach located very near to Jeju City. A nice place to take a walk and enjoy the scenery and sea breeze. There are two unique horse-shaped lighthouses at the end of the beach, one red in colour and the other is white. Many visitors come to take photos with them here.

Iho Tewoo beach is the must visit if you are taking public bus, this is also the best place for a panoramic view of the 2 horse lighthouses. To get to the Iho Tewoo Horse Lighthouses, just walk along the beach and there's a nice relaxing walking path along pine forest. It is just about 5 to 10 minutes.

Clean sand beach and if you go on a good day, you will see a beautiful sunset. Overlooking the lighthouse with red and white horses located like another landmark of Jeju Island.
