Hotel Aqua Palace (with kids)

The internet is terrible. I didn’t expect that staying in a beautiful hotel in such an advanced country like South Korea would come with such poor Wi-Fi quality. Speeds below 30mbps for both upload and download, plus frequent disconnections—this really ruins South Korea’s reputation as a tech-forward nation! It’s honestly laughable!

Diappointed. Good location. Bad service. The room was pretty uncleaned. There were lots of dusts remained everywhere. This is the worst hotel in my life. There's mold everywhere, hair on the floor, feces in the toilet, there's no shower and the drain doesn't work, so after showering, water overflows into the room. Toilet paper and towels are paid. Gym and swimming pool are also paid. And they're rude too.. This is the first time I've seen a hotel like this. The only great thing about the hotel is the view and the location. As a foreigner tourist, I don't recommend going there, the staff service was cold and rude. They don't speak any English. Booked room with breakfast. When we turned up, we were told there would be no breakfast. The manager steadfastly refused to refund the $50 extra we had paid for breakfast, offering us $15 or use of the swimming pool. Other customers were dealt with similarly. Classic bait and switch.
