What makes it 87% Baby-Friendly: Stroller loan, three nursing rooms, toddler Seommaeul Playground and indoor picnic space support babies, but long glass-case exhibits offer little stimulation so fussing or nap breaks are likely.
Why 2-3 hours visit duration is ideal for with baby: 2–3 hours lets you see the aquarium, playground and café without rushing.
Explore the MMK Aquarium:
Walk through the 3rd-floor tunnel to see 70 species and 1,000 animals.

Just travelled there as recommended. Very big spacious spaces and impressive building. But didn’t go into it to explore.

What a beautiful place. Everyone should come here. I'm surprised its free. It takes you on journey of how humans loved the sea, it was apart of their lives, how Koreans and others harvested sea weed and other precious things that the see has to offer. Their journey from shipbuilding, fishing and beyond.

Visited just because it seemed like a good rainy day activity but this museum exceeded my expectations. The displays here were very informative and shows the history of maritime trade and warfare of Korea. They also had 360 degree projected rooms which were nice. On the one of the floors they also had a small aquarium and a kids section.
On hot summer days, the cool galleries are ideal. Check aquarium feeding times online as schedules may change seasonally. Visit on weekdays to avoid weekend crowds.
