Our recent vacation at Shangri-La Makati with my family and friends was an absolute blast! From the moment we walked in, the staff showered us with warm energy and big smiles. The manager and team—including the extra-attentive Emirates employee, plus the awesome trio Lester, Nikki, and the ladies—made us feel like VIPs the whole time. Stayed here about 7-8 years ago. The place looks old. The washroom drainage don't work when tub water gets on to the floor. The staff elevator door slams at night when trying to sleep. 2 Managers were kind and helpful. Not sure if they renovated it during pandemic but they should because of this complaint especially the drainage.
