Good match for:

  • Shopping Enthusiasts: 340m (5 min walk) to Century City Mall and under 1.5 km to Greenbelt, ideal for quick retail breaks.
  • Business Travelers: Onsite business center, meeting rooms and 24-hour front desk support streamline work stays.

Things to keep in mind:

  • Beach Seekers: At 8.6 km from Manila Bay, it isn’t suited for beach getaways.
  • Culture Immersion: Central Makati location limits easy access to historic Intramuros and Rizal Park.

I honestly expected so much more from this hotel, especially for the price. From the moment we arrived, things just went downhill. The elevators are painfully slow every ride feels like an eternity, and you’re constantly worried they might stop working mid-way. When we finally got to our room, we were shocked by how cramped it was. The carpet had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the overall condit...

Where do I even begin? This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The elevators are incredibly slow and make you feel like you’re about to get stuck inside any second. The rooms are extremely small and had a bad smell, especially the carpet. The lobby looks modern, but the rooms are completely outdated in comparison. The receptionist named Ashley treated us in a very dis...

I spent four nights here and everything was fine. The room was comfortable with plenty of hot water and good A/C. It was very quiet on the 21st floor. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good Internet. The elevators are slow, however, and need some work.

Very accommodating/Friendly Staff, Worthy room price. Their standard check-in time is 3:00pm but they gave me early check at 11am for free. Will surely come back for a longer stay 😊

The thing that makes this hotel the best experience in the Makati area of Manila is the staff. The staff are Professional, courteous, extremely attentive but most of all will do anything for you within their powerupon request. I would highly recommend the upgraded rooms as they are spacious. House Keeping are Again, courteous and we will do anything for you and respect signs if you wish to not be ...
