I spent four nights here and everything was fine. The room was comfortable with plenty of hot water and good A/C. It was very quiet on the 21st floor. The staff is friendly and helpful. Good Internet. The elevators are slow, however, and need some work.

Very accommodating/Friendly Staff, Worthy room price. Their standard check-in time is 3:00pm but they gave me early check at 11am for free. Will surely come back for a longer stay 😊

The thing that makes this hotel the best experience in the Makati area of Manila is the staff. The staff are Professional, courteous, extremely attentive but most of all will do anything for you within their powerupon request. I would highly recommend the upgraded rooms as they are spacious.
