The level of customer service was the only good thing about this hotel. Alongside the 6am-9pm (aquarium light hours) fish tank view in our room. Terrible service from check-in to check-out. Check-in was chaotic. From the entry, no staff was available to assist with the bags. Then it took 4 hours or more just to check-in!
